​Cancellation Policy: We ask for the courtesy of a 24 hour advanced notice to cancel an appointment. We have the right to require a credit or gift card to reserve an appointment, and charge the full value of the service if an appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance.


Return Policy: Products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase date. All sales are final on gift card purchases.


Gift Card Policy: Please note that select Service Providers whom only accept direct payments from their guests have the right to decline Evolve Gift Cards as payment. 


Dissatisfied Service Policy: If you are unhappy with a service you received, we would like the opportunity to satisfy your expectations. In order to receive a complimentary re-do service, please contact us and schedule an appointment within 14 days of your original appointment with the same service provider. If you feel the original service provider is unable to meet your needs, we will make an exception and schedule you with another service provider. We however do not give refunds.


Non-Received Payment Policy: In the event that a credit card is declined or a check is bounced, we ask that you immediately pay the salon with another form of payment. If a check is bounced the guest is responsible for paying the bank fee, along with their current balance.  If payment is not received, Evolve reserves the right to decline any future visits or may ask for pre-payment before the service is performed.


We reserve the right to decline services if we find it necessary.
